We’re looking for a confident and professional Retail Security Officer to join our team in Rothpark, helping to protect our people, products and store environment while delivering a safe and welcoming experience for customers. This is a full-time, permanent role with flexibility to work across daytime, evening and weekend shifts—ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and being an integral part of the store team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Actively monitoring the store to identify, prevent and report incidents
  • Operating and reviewing CCTV systems in line with company policies
  • Supporting the enforcement of Health & Safety procedures
  • Conducting investigations into stock loss, theft and fraud
  • Engaging confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues to resolve situations calmly and effectively
