We’re recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Hedge End! You’ll play a key role in maintaining high store standards through efficient stock management, strong leadership, and hands-on teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Lead and train the replenishment team to deliver excellent availability and store presentation
- Manage deliveries efficiently and ensure stock is worked quickly and accurately
- Oversee warehouse and back-of-house operations, including stock control and safety
- Support promotional and seasonal activities
- Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and operational standards
- Drive KPIs and maintain high performance throughout the team
Qualifications
- Experience managing a team in retail, hospitality, or logistics
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A hands-on leader with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-moving environment
