REPLENISHMENT MANAGER – ISLE OF WIGHT

We are currently recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Isle of Wight. This is a full‑time role and being flexible with your working pattern will be essential.
About the Role
As a Replenishment Manager, you will support the Store Management team to ensure that the warehouse, fill levels and stock control are maintained to provide the highest store standards for our customers.
- Train members of the team and drive the replenishment shift to highest standards & ways of working
- Ensure deliveries are worked efficiently
- Support delivery of promotional seasonal activity
- Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
- Ensure the store is presentable, has full availability & excellent customer service
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance
