Replenishment Manager – Eston, Middlesbrough

We’re currently recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our Eston store team.

Working Hours

This is a full-time role with varying shifts. Flexibility is essential.

About The Role

As Replenishment Manager, you’ll support the Store Management team to maintain high standards in stock control, warehouse operations, and fill levels – ensuring our customers always experience a well-stocked and presentable store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and train the replenishment team to deliver high standards and efficient working practices
  • Manage deliveries and ensure stock is worked quickly and accurately
  • Support seasonal and promotional activity
  • Ensure legal compliance across store operations
