This field-based role covers over 100 stores in the Midlands, collaborating with Regional Operations Manager, Area Managers and Store Managers to lead the regional people agenda and develop leadership capability.
You will coach managers, identify and nurture future leaders, drive succession planning, and use people data to inform decisions.
