Responsibilities
- Support the Store Management team in running day-to-day operations.
- Lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure exceptional store standards and customer experience.
- Deliver excellent service and maintain strong visual and operational standards.
- Support, develop and motivate your team to hit sales and performance targets.
- Ensure the store meets all legal, safety, and operational requirements.
