New Store Opening! We are currently looking for Store Supervisors to join our new team in Hessle. B&M Retail are one of the UK’s fastest growing retailers with ongoing expansion plans. We have a variety of exciting retail careers available and we offer on the job training. If you are looking to fast track your career with B&M, the opportunities are endless!

This is a brand new store and we are looking for Customer Service, Shop Floor & Replenishment Supervisors to join the team on a permanent basis to drive service, standards and sales. These roles are part time, offering 20 hours per week and will require the flexibility to work shifts during the day, evening and weekend. Whichever role suits you best, to be successful you will need to be a team player who thrives in our fast-paced, high energy environment, where no two days are the same.

As a Supervisor, You Can Expect To

  • Be enthusiastic and passionate about delivering great customer service
  • Lead by example whilst being a great team player and role model throughout the store
  • Assist the Management team in achieving store targets
  • Provide colleagues with support, skills and knowledge
  • Ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to in order to provide a safe environment for our colleagues and customers
  • Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements

It Is Essential That You Have

  • Some experience of supervising/leading a team, in a similar environment
  • A flexible approach, ‘can do’ positive attitude and the ability to inspire and motivate
  • Commercial awareness within retail
  • The ability to think on your feet
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
