New Store Opening! We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join our new team in Craigavon! This is a brand new store and we are looking for colleagues to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a full time role and being flexible with your working pattern will be essential.

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the cash office and checkout area, ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided for our customers.
You Will Also

• Drive a team to deliver personable, polite and prompt service in the checkout area
• Act as a role model displaying exceptional service to our customers
• Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
• Coach colleagues to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area
• Ensure compliance of company stock control procedures within the appropriate timelines
• Ensure company property, cash and stock are secure at all times
• Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work!
  

• Experience of managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environment
• Strong numerical and problem solving skills
• A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
• The ability to think on your feet
