We are currently seeking a Security Officer to join our Security Department at our Distribution Centre in Middlewich on a temporary basis for Night shifts. The ideal candidates will be passionate about security and safety with a solid understanding of industry standards.

The role of a Distribution Security Officer can be challenging at times, but also rewarding and offers great support. Our ideal candidate will be vigilant, assertive and a helpful team player with a passion for security.
Responsibilities Of The Role
- Control all access of the site
- Book vehicles in and out of the site
- Incident report writing
- Vehicle and colleague searches
- Quick response where security intervention is needed
- Internal and external patrols completed throughout shifts
- Daily and weekly audits completed
- Willingness to engage in physical activity as required by the job
Ideal Candidates Will Be Able To Demonstrate
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong written communication abilities
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- A good understanding of Data Protection laws and Health & Safety regulations
- Experience in conflict management and incident reporting
- A strong, resilient personality and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
- An SIA Licence is desirable, but not essential
