As Floor Manager, you'll support the Store Management team in running day‐to‐day operations, lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure exceptional store standards and customer experience.
The Key Responsibilities- Deliver excellent service and maintain strong visual and operational standards
- Support, develop and motivate your team to hit sales and performance targets
- Ensure the store meets all legal, safety, and operational requirements
