B&M Retail is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join the HR Shared Services team at our Speke-based Support Centre.

You will deliver practical HR guidance across the employee lifecycle to managers and colleagues across 780+ stores nationwide, in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Speke with hybrid working (4+1) after six months, you will mentor junior HR Advisors, handle ER matters, and drive best practice while ensuring compliant, timely HR solutions for the business.
