B&M Retail is seeking an experienced Regional People Business Partner to join the People team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The role covers a region of 100+ stores across the North West, working closely with the Regional Operations Manager and Store Managers to lead the regional people agenda and drive performance.

This role focuses on developing leadership capability, succession planning and embedding people priorities through hands-on coaching and strategic thinking, ensuring engagement.
