We have an exciting opportunity for 2x People Business Partners to join our Supply Chain Network.
One role will be based in our Ellesmere Port Distribution Centre. One role will be based in our Speke Distribution Centre. These roles will work closely with the senior leadership team and will report directly to the DC Head of HR.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring B&M's human resources strategy aligns with site objectives. You will oversee all aspects of the HR function like the development of HR policies, managing an ER case load and leading a small HR team.
As our People Business Partner you will:
- Implement people strategies that enhance productivity, engagement and morale
- Partner with recruitment and onboarding teams to support high-volume hiring
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle
- Lead colleague engagement initiatives and drive actions to reduce labour turnover
- Coach and develop the DC management team to build strong leadership capability
- Support succession planning, performance management and development processes
- Lead, develop and inspire a small on-site HR team
You will ideally have:
- Senior HR experience in a fast paced business in DC/Warehouse/Logistics/Manufacturing.
- Up to date knowledge of employment law.
- Strong expertise across all employee relations disciplines
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, resilient approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
- A passion for coaching & developing others
