HR Advisor – The Vault Distribution Centre, Speke

Working Hours: Monday – Friday

We’re looking for a passionate and driven HR Advisor to join our Distribution Centre in Speke. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‑performance HR team that plays a vital role in keeping our stores stocked and ready to serve customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an HR Advisor, you will be supporting our HR Business Partners with the day‑to‑day running of the HR Department, providing managers with HR advice and supporting employees with their queries. On occasion you may be asked to travel to other DCs in our network, although this will be rare.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing sound HR advice to management and employees as appropriate
• Conducting Right to Work checks and maintaining in‑house trackers
• Conducting HR‑related investigations and disciplinaries when required
• Monitoring sickness/absence/performance of colleagues
• Supporting general administration tasks, such as ordering uniforms and updating colleague detail files
• Getting involved with several HR‑related projects across the business

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who can communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the business, who is organised and able to juggle multiple projects or cases simultaneously. As a diverse workforce, an understanding of and experience dealing with different cultures is essential.

You’ll Need To Have

• High‑volume ER experience, ideally in a warehouse or factory environment
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills
• Strong multi‑tasking ability
• Previous experience working within a unionised environment is desirable
• Self‑motivated and able to manage your own workload
