Floor Supervisor

The position requires flexibility to work daytime, evenings and weekends. As a Floor Supervisor, you will support the Floor Manager in ensuring the store delivers the best standards for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of our teams and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Provide colleagues with the appropriate skills, knowledge and training
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service
• Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
• Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work

Requirements / Ideal candidates

• Experience supervising/managing a small team in a fast-paced retail environment
• The ability to think on your feet and motivate others
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
