Join B&M as a Floor Manager in our Boucher Road store in Belfast and be at the heart of a fast‑paced, high‑energy retail environment!This is a hands‑on leadership role where no two days are the same. You’ll take ownership of the shop floor, driving performance, supporting your team, and delivering a great customer experience every day.It’s a permanent, full‑time role, and as part of the store management team, will require flexibility required across days, evenings, and weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing



  • Take charge of the shop floor, keeping standards high and customers happy

  • Lead, energise and support your team to perform at their best

  • Drive sales and KPIs, spotting opportunities to improve performance

  • Stay one step ahead, plan, adapt and react to the pace of the day
