Responsibilities:
- Picking and preparing stock for delivery using MHE (full training provided)
- All training will take place during our day shifts
- Building accurate and secure pallets ready for transport
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and teamwork
- No experience? No problem. Full training will be provided – including how to safely operate Low‑Level Order Pickers (LLOPs)
- Team players with a positive attitude and good attention to detail
- Self‑motivated individuals who can work independently and hit performance targets
- Comfortable with manual handling in a fast‑paced environment
- While warehouse experience is a plus, it’s not essential – we’ll train the right people
Base hourly rate: £12.71 – currently in the middle of our yearly pay negotiations
Shift premium: Additional £1.90 per hour on night shift
Weekend premium: Additional 50p per hour
Performance bonus: Picking incentive – earn up to an extra £3.00 per hour
