Are you looking for a role with consistent hours, great benefits, and real opportunities for progression? Join one of the UK's fastest‑growing retailers at our Bedford Distribution Centre. No chilled or freezer work involved.

Responsibilities:

  • Picking and preparing stock for delivery using MHE (full training provided)
  • All training will take place during our day shifts
  • Building accurate and secure pallets ready for transport
  • Maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and teamwork
  • No experience? No problem. Full training will be provided – including how to safely operate Low‑Level Order Pickers (LLOPs)
  • Team players with a positive attitude and good attention to detail
  • Self‑motivated individuals who can work independently and hit performance targets
  • Comfortable with manual handling in a fast‑paced environment
  • While warehouse experience is a plus, it’s not essential – we’ll train the right people

Base hourly rate: £12.71 – currently in the middle of our yearly pay negotiations

Shift premium: Additional £1.90 per hour on night shift

Weekend premium: Additional 50p per hour

Performance bonus: Picking incentive – earn up to an extra £3.00 per hour
