We’re looking for a confident and professional Retail Security Officer to join our team in Marlowes, helping to protect our people, products and store environment while delivering a safe and welcoming experience for customers. This is a full-time, permanent role with flexibility to work across daytime, evening and weekend shifts.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Actively monitoring the store to identify, prevent and report incidents
- Operating and reviewing CCTV systems in line with company policies
- Supporting the enforcement of Health & Safety procedures
- Conducting investigations into stock loss, theft and fraud
- Engaging confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues to resolve situations calmly and effectively
