If so, B&M has the perfect opportunity for you. We’re recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Solihull! You’ll play a key role in maintaining high store standards through efficient stock management, strong leadership, and hands‑on teamwork. Primary shifts are typically 11:00am‑7:00pm, as this is retail some flexibility will be required to meet business needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and train the replenishment team to deliver excellent availability and store presentation
- Manage deliveries efficiently and ensure stock is worked quickly and accurately
- Oversee warehouse and back‑of‑house operations, including stock control and safety
- Support promotional and seasonal activities
- Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and operational standards
- Drive KPIs and maintain high performance throughout the team
