We’re looking for Deputy Store Managers to join our store teams in the Basingstoke and Reading areas!

Initially, these roles will be Designate positions to cover the Basingstoke or Reading areas and could cover a number of our stores across Basingstoke and Reading. Being flexible to travel across these areas would be essential for these roles.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in running the store — driving performance, maintaining high standards, and leading your team by example. This is a hands-on role where you\\\’ll be active on the shop floor, setting the pace and coaching your team to success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Retail management experience in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop medium to large teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and track record of hitting KPIs
  • Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Experience in FMCG or big box retail is ideal, but not essential
