CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER – TITCHFIELD

Are you currently a Department Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager looking for your next step? We are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join our store team in Titchfield, Fareham. This is a full-time role and flexibility with your working pattern will be essential.

Responsibilities

  • Drive your team to deliver personable, polite and prompt service in the checkout area
  • Act as a role model, displaying exceptional service to our customers
  • Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
  • Coach colleagues to ensure they have the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area
  • Ensure compliance with stock control procedures within the appropriate timelines
  • Secure company property, cash and stock at all times
  • Contribute to making our stores a fun place to work

About You / Qualifications

  • Experience of managing a small to medium sized team in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
  • Strong numerical and problem solving skills
  • A flexible approach and a “can do” attitude
  • Great customer service skills and the ability to drive your team to deliver amazing service
  • Ability to think on your feet
