CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER – TITCHFIELD
Are you currently a Department Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager looking for your next step? We are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join our store team in Titchfield, Fareham. This is a full-time role and flexibility with your working pattern will be essential.
Responsibilities
- Drive your team to deliver personable, polite and prompt service in the checkout area
- Act as a role model, displaying exceptional service to our customers
- Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
- Coach colleagues to ensure they have the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area
- Ensure compliance with stock control procedures within the appropriate timelines
- Secure company property, cash and stock at all times
- Contribute to making our stores a fun place to work
About You / Qualifications
- Experience of managing a small to medium sized team in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
- Strong numerical and problem solving skills
- A flexible approach and a “can do” attitude
- Great customer service skills and the ability to drive your team to deliver amazing service
- Ability to think on your feet
