B&M Retail is recruiting for a Floor Supervisor at Cathedral Lanes Shopping Centre.
Type: Permanent, Part‑time (20 hours/week, shifts 6–10pm).
Responsibilities
- Support the Floor Manager to deliver the best store standards for customers.
- Ensure colleagues demonstrate appropriate behaviours in the checkout area and on the sales floor.
- Provide colleagues with the appropriate skills and knowledge.
- Ensure a safe environment for colleagues and customers.
- Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues.
- Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements.
- Merchandise the store to provide a welcoming customer environment that also delivers sales and profitability.
- Protect and safeguard company assets.
Qualifications
- Experience supervising/managing a small team in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- A flexible approach and a “can do” attitude.
