We’re looking for a confident and professional Retail Security Officer to join our team in Cannock, helping to protect our people, products and store environment while delivering a safe and welcoming experience for customers. This is a full-time, permanent role with flexibility to work across daytime, evening and weekend shifts - ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and being an integral part of the store team.

As a Retail Security Officer, you’ll be trusted with real responsibility and play a vital role in safeguarding the store. Working closely with the Store Management Team, you’ll help prevent loss, manage risk and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Actively monitoring the store to identify, prevent and report incidents.
  • Operating and reviewing CCTV systems in line with company policies.
  • Supporting the enforcement of Health & Safety procedures.
  • Conducting investigations into stock loss, theft and fraud.
  • Engaging confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues to resolve situations calmly and effectively.
