We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Analyst. Based at our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool, you'll play a key role in understanding business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the delivery of solutions that drive business performance.

This role would suit a Business Analyst who enjoys working with stakeholders, analysing processes and delivering practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The Role Will Include:

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Analysing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting the design and implementation of business solutions
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the business and IT teams
  • Supporting testing activities to ensure solutions meet requirements
  • Producing clear and accurate documentation
  • Analysing data and producing reports to support decision-making
  • Supporting projects through delivery and implementation

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working across multiple teams and projects
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Visio and SQL would be advantageous but is not essential.
