As Floor Manager, you'll support the Store Management team in running day-to-day operations. You'll lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure exceptional store standards and customer experience. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring the flexibility to work a range of shifts across days, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities- Deliver excellent service and maintain strong visual and operational standards
- Support, develop and motivate your team to hit sales and performance targets
- Ensure the store meets all legal, safety, and operational requirements
- Drive KPIs and manage performance effectively
