B&M Retail is recruiting a Deputy Store Manager to support a high-performing store network around Bristol.
Initially this will be a designate role to cover Bristol and could cover several stores across the area, with travel across the region essential.
This hands-on leadership role enables you to support the Store Manager, take ownership on the shop floor, and step up to lead in their absence.
You’ll coach and motivate the team to deliver their best and drive KPIs.
