As a Retail Security Officer, you'll be trusted with real responsibility and play a vital role in safeguarding the store. Working closely with the Store Management Team, you'll help prevent loss, manage risk and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism.
What you'll be doing:
- Actively monitoring the store to identify, prevent and report incidents
- Operating and reviewing CCTV systems in line with company policies
- Supporting the enforcement of Health & Safety procedures
- Conducting investigations into stock loss, theft and fraud
- Engaging confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues to resolve situations calmly and effectively
