We are looking for a Warehouse Team Manager to join the DC team in Bedford. The shift pattern is Monday – Friday Night Shift 22:00 – 06:00.

As a Warehouse Team Manager, you will lead, manage and control your area of responsibility in line with area specific KPI targets and time constraints.

Through positive behaviour and attitude, conduct and communication, you will drive, develop and lead a successful team of admin and warehouse colleagues.

You will provide effective leadership, motivation, training and development to your team and will report to the Warehouse Shift Manager.

  • Lead, motivate and challenge your team to deliver consistently high results and help drive maximum productivity and service to our stores.
  • Plan the training of staff and monitor their performance and progress.
  • Responsibility for your area of control ensuring all KPI targets are consistently achieved. Manage productivity within your area of control.
  • Achieve and maintain pick accuracy levels.
  • Use space and MHE efficiently ensuring workplace health and safety requirements are met.
  • Ensure that relevant audits and workplace inspections are undertaken.
  • Work in collaboration with peers and superiors to maximize efficiencies and best practice.
