Warehouse Colleagues Location: Bedford Distribution Centre
Salary: £25,350 - £29,055 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Shifts:
- Saturday - Sunday Days: 6:00am-6:00pm
- Saturday - Sunday Nights: 6:00pm-6:00am
- Monday - Friday Rotational: 6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Colleague, you’ll be a key part of ensuring our stores are well-stocked and our customers are well-served.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Picking and preparing stock for delivery using MHE (full training provided)
- All training will take place during our day shifts
- Building accurate and secure pallets ready for transport
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and teamwork
No experience? No problem. Full training will be provided — including how to safely operate Low-Level Order Pickers (LLOPs).
What We’re Looking For:
- Team players with a positive attitude and good attention to detail
- Self‑motivated individuals who can work independently and hit performance targets
- Comfortable with manual handling in a fast‑paced environment
- While warehouse experience is a plus, it’s not essential - we’ll train the right people
Pay & Incentives:
- Base hourly rate: £13.00 - Currently we are in the middle of our yearly pay negotiations.
- Shift premium: Additional £1.90 per hour on night shift.
- Weekend premium: Additional 50p per hour
- Performance bonus: Picking incentive - earn an extra £3.00 per hour
