We’re recruiting a Deputy Store Manager to join our Bloomfield team in Bangor. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in running the store, driving performance, maintaining high standards, and leading your team by example. This is a hands-on role where you will be active on the shop floor, setting the pace and coaching your team to success.
Responsibilities:
