Weare currently recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Tiverton, Devon!
This is a full time role and beingflexible withyourworking pattern will be essential. The shift pattern will consist of mainly twilight shifts with some night work involved in peak periods.
As a Replenishment Manager, you will support the Store Management team to ensure that the warehouse, fill levels and stock control are maintained to provide the highest store standards for our customers.
You will also:
- Train members of the teamand drive the replenishment shift to highest standards
- Ensure deliveries are worked efficiently
- Support delivery of promotional seasonal activity
- Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
- Ensure the store is presentable, has full availability & excellent customer service
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance
