We are currently recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Marshwood Close, Canterbury! This is a full time role and being flexible with your working pattern will be essential.
About the Role
As a Replenishment Manager, you will support the Store Management team to ensure that the warehouse, fill levels and stock control are maintained to provide the highest store standards for our customers. You will also:
- Train members of the team and drive the replenishment shift to highest standards
- Ensure deliveries are worked efficiently
- Support delivery of promotional seasonal activity
- Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
- Ensure the store is presentable, has full availability & excellent customer service
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance
