we have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join the People team based at our Distribution Centre in Middlewich. Reporting to the People Business Partner, this generalist role will be responsible for providing effective and efficient HR advice. As ouron siteHR Advisor, you will join anenergetic team,responsible for supportingManagers on generalistHR issuesandwider employee relations issues, for high numbers of DCcolleagues. Contributing to the continuous improvement ofourHR systems and practices, you willwork alongside the People Business Partner and Managementteamto supporta culture aligning toourvalues. This role has a wide remit and will includeemployee relations, employment law, contracts, disciplinary, grievances, sickness, absence and performance management.
