The role will support the wider team by ensuring data accuracy, maintaining reporting processes, and assisting with workload administration across multiple areas of the business.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Support with wages administration and related processes
  • Assist with data management, validation, and maintaining accuracy across reports and systems
  • Complete routine checks and investigations to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
  • Support with the preparation and distribution of regular operational reports
  • Assist with day‑to‑day reporting requirements and ad hoc reporting requests
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team where required
  • Help maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and reporting documentation
  • Support with holiday and absence cover across key admin processes
  • Assist with process improvements and maintaining efficient ways of working
