Due to growing demand across the business, we’re excited to be looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact, playing a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring great talent. You’ll deliver a high-quality, end‑to‑end recruitment service, ensuring every hire not only meets the role requirements but also aligns with our values and culture. You will play a key role in managing recruitment campaigns, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout. This is a full‑time office based role located at our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through to offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define role briefs
- Create and advertise vacancies across appropriate channels to attract high‑quality candidates
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, talent pools, and other direct sourcing methods
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely and professional communication
- Track recruitment activity and provide reporting insights
Qualifications
- Proven recruitment experience, either in‑house or agency
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
