We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Junior Artworker to join our fast-paced Creative team at B&M. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide range of product categories, producing high-quality, print-ready packaging artwork for our ever-growing product ranges. You’ll play a key role in ensuring all packaging meets brand standards, technical specifications, and production requirements – helping bring our products to life on shelves across the UK. This is a full time, permanent position and is fully office based in our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool L24.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating, amending, and finalising print-ready packaging artwork across multiple product categories
- Ensuring all artwork aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency across ranges
- Preparing files in line with print specifications, cutter guides, and production requirements
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment
- Collaborating with designers, buyers, and product teams to deliver accurate artwork on time
- Checking and proofreading artwork to ensure 100% accuracy before release
- Supporting continuous improvement in artwork processes and best practice
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in an artwork or packaging artwork role, ideally within retail, FMCG, or consumer products
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator & Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of packaging production processes, print specs, and artwork best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors
- Experience working with brand guidelines across varied product categories
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisation and file management skills
- Good understanding of typography, layout, and packaging hierarchy
- Confident working independently and as part of a wider team
- Experience producing artwork across categories such as Homeware, Garden, Electricals, Toys, and General Merchandise
- Strong communication skills and a positive approach to feedback
