Are you ready to turn your passion for products and data into a rewarding retail career? As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will analyse sales performance, stock levels, and markdown activity to identify commercial opportunities and support the team in driving sales and profitability whilst supporting the Merchandiser and team in the day to day running of a growing Stationery category. Working closely with the Merchandiser, you will assist in preparing seasonal budgets and range plans to help deliver a relevant and exciting product offer. This position is office-based, 5 days a week, in Speke.

In this role, your day-to-day will include:

  • Helping to forecast sales trends and shape stock decisions to meet customer demand.
  • Taking ownership of producing accurate weekly reports that influence business choices.
  • Monitoring product availability and managing stock levels across core ranges.
  • Creating and managing purchase orders to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Partnering with buyers and cross-functional teams to keep processes running smoothly and deliver great results.
