B&M Retail are currently recruiting for Customer Service Assistants to join our team at Connswater Retail Park, Belfast! These are temporary, part-time positions with 20 hours a week guaranteed. We are one of the UK’s fastest growing retailers and, with our ongoing expansion plans, there’s never been a better time to join us!

We offer amazing on the job training, internal development, and career succession – 80% of our Managers are home grown. But, if that’s not for you, we also offer casual/flexible, part-time roles. Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week. This role requires flexibility to work evening and weekend shift patterns.

We’re big on personality and attitude - experience in a fast-paced retail environment or customer service is a bonus, but not essential.
