We are recruiting a Deputy Store Manager to join our Shepton Mallet team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in running the store — driving performance, maintaining high standards, and leading your team by example. This is a hands-on role where you will be active on the shop floor, setting the pace and coaching your team to success.

- Strong commercial acumen and track record of hitting KPIs
- Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
- Experience in FMCG or big box retail is ideal, but not essential
