We’re looking for a confident and professional Retail Security Officer to join our team in Park Centre / Boucher Road, helping to protect our people, products and store environment while delivering a safe and welcoming experience for customers.

This is a full-time, permanent role with flexibility to work across daytime, evening and weekend shifts - ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and being an integral part of the store team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Actively monitoring the store to identify, prevent and report incidents
  • Operating and reviewing CCTV systems in line with company policies
  • Supporting the enforcement of Health & Safety procedures
  • Conducting investigations into stock loss, theft and fraud
  • Engaging confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues to resolve situations calmly and effectively
