Are you a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager looking to step up? Want to be part of a fast-growing retailer with real career development? Then look no further, B&M is hiring a Floor Manager to join our Willerbystore team! As Floor Manager, you’ll support the Store Management team in running day-to-day operations. You’ll lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure exceptional store standards and customer experience.

This is a permanent, full‑time role requiring the flexibility to work a range of shifts across days, evenings, and weekends.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Deliver excellent service and maintain strong visual and operational standards
  • Support, develop and motivate your team to hit sales and performance targets
  • Ensure the store meets all legal, safety, and operational requirements
  • Drive KPIs and manage performance effectively
