New Store Opening!We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join our new team in Craigavon!This is a brand new store and we are looking forcolleagues to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a full time role and being flexible withyourworking pattern will be essential.
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the cash office and checkout area, ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided for our customers.
You will also:
- Drive a team to deliver personable, polite and prompt service in the checkout area
- Act as a role modeldisplayingexceptional service to our customers
- Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
- Coachcolleagues to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area
- Ensure compliance ofcompany stock control procedures within the appropriate timelines
- Ensure company property, cash and stock are secure at all times
- Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work!
Ideal candidateswill beenthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service!
It is essential that applicants have the following:
