We have an exciting new opportunity for a field-based Profit Protection Manager to join our team covering the London/South East region!

This role would be suited to an experienced Profit Protection or Loss Prevention individual with a proven record of controlling shrinkage and a passion for compliance and store profitability.

At B&M, as a Profit Protection Manager you will ensure that the stores' physical security is at its optimum level in line with Company procedures.

You will be responsible for reducing stock loss in line with Company targets through internal/external theft and fraud resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse and interpret data to make the maximum impact on company profitability
  • Work with stores to monitor and analyse a real loss report
  • Continuously review, assess, and identify risks within the stores
  • Investigate cash losses, loss causing activity & conduct investigations
  • Conduct and prepare for investigations into serious procedural breaches
  • Ensure effective communication channels between profit protection & retail operations
  • Deliver training sessions with store management teams

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in a Profit Protection/Loss Prevention role, with proven results of implemented initiatives to ensure profit protection
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications; Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Experience of using point of sale & stock management systems to investigate anomalies

As part of the role & due to geographical location of stores, the successful candidate must be fully flexible.

You will receive the tools to do the job such as a company car, laptop, and phone.
