We’re now looking for a Refit Project Manager to support our ongoing store investment programme across the South of the UK. Reporting to the Store Development Manager, the RPM would work closely with the Property Project Manager (PPM) and support the Retail Execution Managers (REM) to implement multiple store modification and refit projects across our store portfolio. This is a full‑time permanent field‑based position, with extensive regional travel required, therefore a valid UK driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising and co‑ordinating with the REM & PPM to complete multiple, simultaneous projects on time, within budget and to the highest retail standards with minimal disruption to trading operations.
  • Liaising with the PPM, contractors and onsite retail team so that all works activity can be carried out on schedule.
  • Planning contingencies and reacting to unplanned situations, proactively identifying problem areas and providing solutions.
  • Working closely with internal key stakeholders across Property, Store Development, and Operations.

Skills and Experience

  • Store/Team Manager or Keyholder experience with a proven record of commerciality and the ability to deliver multiple and concurrent retail refurbishment/refit projects.
  • Excellent visual merchandising skills and knowledge of department layouts.
