Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday rotation: week 1 = 06:00am – 14:00, week 2 = 14:00 – 22:00.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, motivate, and develop your network of Team Managers and Warehouse Operatives to achieve performance targets safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.
- Inspire continuous improvement and maintain our “Best in Class” logistics operation.
- Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach and develop your network of Team Managers and Warehouse Colleagues to deliver operational excellence.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across all operational departments.
- Identify and implement initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency and quality of service, whilst aligning with company goals and policy.
- Support recruitment and workforce planning, managing labour costs effectively.
- Champion best practice with Health and Safety, ensuring compliance and proactive risk management throughout your team.
