As we continue to grow and expand, we’re investing in our office estate to support the future needs of the business. We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Project Manager to lead a programme of office moves, expansions and redesign projects on a 15-month fixed-term contract.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll understand business requirements, translate them into clear plans and ensure the impact of each move is communicated and managed effectively. You’ll coordinate stakeholders, suppliers and contractors to deliver smooth transitions with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of office moves, expansions and redesign projects, translating business requirements into clear and achievable project and transition plans.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders and business teams to understand requirements, align expectations and ensure the purpose, plans and impacts of each project are clearly communicated and managed.
  • Develop and coordinate detailed move and transition plans, bringing together multiple workstreams and dependencies to minimise disruption and ensure a smooth experience for colleagues.
  • Manage the facilities, fit-out and construction elements of projects, coordinating contractors and suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required standard.
  • Own project plans, budgets, risks and milestones, providing clear updates to stakeholders and proactively resolving issues to keep delivery on track.

About you:

  • Proven experience delivering office moves, workplace transformations, relocations or expansion projects in a complex business environment.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge and bring different requirements together.
  • Strong project management experience, including managing plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and multiple workstreams.
  • Good knowledge of facilities, office fit-out and construction delivery, with experience managing external contractors and suppliers.
  • An excellent communicator who can manage change effectively, keeping colleagues informed, engaged and supported throughout office moves and transitions.
