Location: Bedford

Working Hours: Monday – Friday – 37.5 hours

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing strong administration support to our HR Team, including HR Business Partners and Advisors
  • Managing the HR email inbox, ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a timely fashion
  • Updating employee personal files
  • Ensuring Right to Work documentation are up to date and compliant with legal frameworks
  • Providing sound advice in HR matters to employees as required

  • Strong communication skills with colleagues at all levels of the business
  • Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Understanding of, and experience dealing with, different cultures
  • Strong, demonstrable administration experience
  • Great time management
  • A working knowledge of Right to Work requirements

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritising your workload
