We are currently looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join the team at our Bedford Distribution Centre!

Location: Bedford Distribution Centre

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Available Shifts:

  • Sunday – Thursday: 16:00 – 18:00
  • Tuesday – Saturday: 16:00 – 18:00
  • Thursday/Friday – Monday: 10:00 – 12:00
  • Thursday/Friday – Monday: 01:00 – 03:00
  • Thursday/Friday – Monday: 09:00 – 13:00
  • Thursday/Friday – Monday: 14:00 – 18:00

Pay Rates:

  • Weekdays: £18.69 per hour
  • Weekends: £21.31 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our stores receive deliveries safely and efficiently across the network. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing store deliveries and collections safely and on time
  • Conducting vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with transport legislation
  • Maintaining accurate paperwork and tachograph records
  • Delivering excellent standards of professionalism and safety at all times

What We’re Looking For:

To apply, you’ll need:

  • A valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with no more than 6 points
  • Minimum of 12 months driving experience
  • No DD or DR endorsements
  • A valid Driver CPC card and annual CPC modules
  • A valid Digital Tachograph Card
