B&M Retail Limited in Ellesmere Port is seeking a Team Manager for our Distribution Centre. This hands-on leadership role will manage a team of colleagues and report to the Shift Manager, with a Weekday Nights shift (Sun-Thu, 10:00pm–6:00am) on a full-time, permanent basis.
You will drive performance, health and safety standards, and staff development, with in-house training provided. Experience in warehouse environments and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential.
