We’re recruiting a Deputy Store Manager to join our Ipswich team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in running the store — driving performance, maintaining high standards, and leading your team by example. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be active on the shop floor, setting the pace and coaching your team to success.

What we’re looking for

  • Retail management experience in a fast‑paced, high‑turnover environment
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop medium to large teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and track record of hitting KPIs
  • Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Experience in FMCG or big box retail is ideal, but not essential
